Service Description
The Captain Circle brings team leaders together for real leadership work—build trust, define standards, sharpen communication, and learn how to lead your team from the inside out. Up to 4 team leaders per session. Objectives - Strengthen team leadership culture through shared captain development - Build trust, collaboration, and clarity among team leaders - Help captains define and uphold team standards together Session Structure - 45–60 minute small group session (2–4 captains recommended) - Guided leadership conversation using real team scenarios - Skill-building focused on communication, accountability, and leadership presence - Wrap-up includes key takeaways and action commitments Expected Outcomes - Stronger connection and trust among captains - Clarity around team values, leadership roles, and communication norms - Shared strategies to lead together and support teammates - A leadership group ready to set the tone for the program
Cancellation Policy
We keep things simple—but intentional. The Captain Circle is a one-time leadership session designed to deliver real value for your captains. Here’s how we keep it respectful and effective: Scheduling & Attendance - The session will run as scheduled once confirmed. - At least 24 hours' notice is required for any group reschedule. - If one or more captains can’t attend, the session will continue with those present. Refund Policy - Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. - No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Group Expectations - Captains are expected to arrive prepared and respectful of each other’s time. - Confidentiality is key—what’s shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. - This space is about ownership, clarity, and leading with purpose.
