Service Description
The Captain Session is FlowFactor’s 1-on-1 leadership training for captains and aspiring leaders—build confidence, presence, communication, and clarity to lead your team with purpose when it matters most. Objectives - Strengthen leadership identity and on-field presence - Build confidence in communication and decision-making - Help captains lead with clarity, consistency, and influence Session Structure - Pre-session reflection or intake (optional) 1-on-1 session focused on real team situations, leadership challenges, and actionable tools - Includes guided discussion, role clarity work, and communication strategies Expected Outcomes - Clear understanding of what it means to lead by example - Increased confidence when addressing teammates or coaches - Tools to handle conflict, raise standards, and support team culture - Stronger sense of ownership and purpose in the leadership role
Cancellation Policy
We keep things simple—but intentional. The Captain Circle is a one-time leadership session designed to deliver real value for your captains. Here’s how we keep it respectful and effective: Scheduling & Attendance - The session will run as scheduled once confirmed. - At least 24 hours' notice is required for any group reschedule. - If one or more captains can’t attend, the session will continue with those present. Refund Policy - Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund. - No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Group Expectations - Captains are expected to arrive prepared and respectful of each other’s time. - Confidentiality is key—what’s shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. - This space is about ownership, clarity, and leading with purpose.
